In the paper, I argue that that view is wrong, and might be proven to be so by reference to the current jurisprudence of the UK Supreme Courtroom — including, paradoxically, cases during which Lord Neuberger played an instrumental function.  This means, amongst other issues, that people can take human rights cases in domestic courts
